This Database aims to provide justice professionals, researchers and interested persons with an informative tool, that showcases pre-trial supervision measures across 5 European Union Member States – Bulgaria, Greece, Portugal, Romania and Spain.
The goal of this tool is to increase mutual knowledge across jurisdictions and to promote the use of the European Supervision Order (Council Framework Decision 2009/829/JHA) to greater recourse to alternative measures to pre-trial detention and to the use of the European Arrest Warrant (EAW). |
