Centre For European Constitutional Law (CECL) 
​Is one of the most active Greek not-for-profit research institutes. In its more than 25 years of activity, CECL has coordinated and implemented a variety of national, international and EU-funded projects in more than 20 countries worldwide. Key thematic areas of focus include Democracy and the Rule of Law, Fundamental Rights, European and constitutional institutions, social rights and the welfare state. CECL coordinates the National Focal Point for FRANET, the EU Fundamental Rights Agency’s multidisciplinary research network, since 2007.

Universidad de Sevilla
Is the third largest university in Spain. More than 12,000 students are following postgraduate courses, enrolled into 111 master programs and 32 doctoral programs. The USE is also committed to research with more than 400 national and regional open projects and 61 European open projects. In addition to its 4300 academic staff, there are 1,500 researchers under different contracts. Research is carried out within 134 academic departments, 8 Joint Research Centres USE - Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) and 10 University Research Institutes.​

IPS_Innovative Prison Systems
Is a research and consulting firm specialising in advancing criminal justice systems, with vast experience in developing and implementing EU projects, namely in the area of judicial cooperation in criminal matters, as illustrated by their involvement in PRE-TRIAD, FAIRNESS, PRE-RIGHTS, and AWARE EAW and J-CAP.  Moreover, it has experience in developing awareness-raising and supporting training materials for aiding stakeholders (namely judges and prosecutors) in their daily work.

Centre For the Study of Democracy
From Bulgaria, is an independent and interdisciplinary think-tank with vast experience and expertise in the field of criminal justice, justice systems and access to justice specifically (being the national contact point for the European Fundamental Rights Agency, namely collaborating on issues pertaining to the rights of persons in cross-border proceedings). It is also involved in policy development through stakeholder engagement and practical policy advice and evaluation.

Is a research, development and consultancy company aiming to promote good practices in the area of corrections and social inclusion, with its main activities being organised around prison and probation.  The company provided research for the Confederation of European Probation and National Offender Management Service in the UK (NOMS).
